Executive Coaching

Executive Coaching is a highly effective way of unlocking the full potential of professionals, leaders, and executives, and works for both individuals as well as teams. The emerging action oriented forward movement of coaching creates a fertile environment for identifying the focus, naming goals, establishing attainable action steps and following through on the client’s vision. Coaching also helps prevent burn out and create balance in the context of demanding projects.

Most executive coaching sessions are scheduled about once a month to give space to implement identified action steps. However, the frequency always adapts to my clients’ unique situation and can be scheduled more frequently.
